okzz Terms and Conditions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between okzz and each registered member of this platform. By creating an account on okzz or using any service on the platform, the member is considered to have read, understood and accepted the full content of these Terms.

These Terms are written primarily in Bengali. In the event of any conflict in a translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

1.2 Scope of Service

okzz is an online gaming and betting platform offering casino games, sports betting, live casino and other entertainment products. Separate rules may apply to each product available on the platform, and these act as a supplement to these general Terms.

1.3 Applicable Law

Applicable laws will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. Members are required to comply with the laws of their own country. It is the member's own responsibility to use the service from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited or restricted.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register on okzz, each individual must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information in the registration form will be considered a direct breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is not permitted.
• Accounts may not be created on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be valid and active.

2.2 Account Security

Members are required to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing another person to use the account or sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, okzz's support team must be notified immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

okzz may request verification of a member's identity at any time. This process may require copies of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued identification. okzz reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or certain services until verification is complete.

3.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 21 years old to use any service on okzz. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. okzz takes the protection of minors very seriously and makes no exceptions on this matter.

By registering, the member confirms that they are 21 or older and are eligible to participate in online gaming under the applicable laws of their region.

3.2 Identity Confirmation

okzz reserves the right to verify a member's age and identity at any time. If irregularities or false information are found during verification, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor may be a criminal offence.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

okzz currently accepts deposits via three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. okzz only accepts deposits from a mobile account registered in the member's own name.

• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• Generally, no additional fee is charged for processing deposits.
• Deposit amounts go through a verification process before being added to the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required if verification is needed.

Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements attached to that bonus have been met.

4.3 Withdrawal Suspension or Rejection

okzz reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• Account verification is not complete.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Unusual transaction activity has been detected on the account.
• There is a suspicion that any part of these Terms has been breached.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

okzz offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

A bonus is never a direct substitute for cash. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

5.2 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is provided through the okzz VIP programme. Cashback is calculated as a percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

For example, if a Gold-tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following rules apply to all promotional offers:

• Each offer may be claimed only once unless stated otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• okzz reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, okzz's decision is final.

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will be considered valid only once it has been confirmed by the okzz system. Bets that remain uncertain or incomplete due to a technical error, network issue or system failure may be voided or considered null.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

The outcome of all games on the okzz platform is determined based on verifiable algorithms or third-party data. For sports betting, official match results form the basis of settlement. In the event of a dispute over a result, the official data from the relevant governing body or federation will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is completed abnormally due to a technical reason, okzz reserves the right to review and, if necessary, void or amend that bet or game. In such situations, arrangements will be made to refund the member's staked amount.

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okzz platform:

• Using computer programs, bots or artificial intelligence to conduct games or betting.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions.
• Using inside information to know or influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

7.2 Collusion and Syndicate Betting

Multiple members coordinating bets or game strategies for mutual benefit ("collusion") is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and winnings may be forfeited.

7.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

okzz follows international anti-money laundering standards. If suspicious transactions are detected, the platform reserves the right to take appropriate action. Members may be asked to provide information about the source of their funds.

8.1 Account Closure by okzz

okzz reserves the right to permanently or temporarily close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Any provision of these Terms is breached.
• False or fraudulent information is provided.
• Age verification reveals the account holder is under 21.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud is found.
• Due to a court order or legal requirement.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any balance in the account should be withdrawn before making the request. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Option

9.1 Data Collection

okzz collects members' personal data for the purposes of registration and service delivery. This data includes name, mobile number, email address, device information and transaction details. Collected data is used only for service improvement, security and meeting legal obligations.

9.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

okzz does not sell or share members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. However, limited data may be shared with specific parties when required by legal direction, payment processing or fraud prevention. 9.3 Data Retention and Security

Members' data is kept secure using SSL encryption and other security technologies. Data is retained for as long as is necessary to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

10.1 Service Availability

okzz always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, updates, or unforeseen reasons. okzz will not be held liable for any potential loss suffered by a member as a result of such disruptions.

10.2 Third-Party Content

The games available on the okzz platform are developed by third-party providers. okzz's liability regarding technical errors or content-related matters in these games is limited. However, the utmost care is taken to protect the member's experience.

10.3 Internet Connection & Device

It is the member's own responsibility to ensure the internet connection and device required to use the platform. okzz will not be liable for cancelled bets or game results caused by a poor connection or incompatible device.

11.1 Complaint Submission Process

If a member has a complaint about any matter, they must first contact the okzz support team. okzz provides support in Bengali and English via 24/7 live chat and email. When submitting a complaint, the account number, relevant transaction details, and a clear description of the issue must be provided.

11.2 Review Period

Submitted complaints will be reviewed properly. Simple matters are resolved quickly where possible. Complex matters may require a more detailed investigation. During the review, the member must cooperate by providing any necessary information.

11.3 Final Decision

After review, the decision of the okzz authority will be considered final. However, if the member wishes, they have the right to appeal through applicable legal procedures. okzz commits to ensuring a fair and impartial review process for all disputes related to its platform.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

okzz reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For any significant changes, every effort will be made to notify members in advance. However, advance notice may not always be possible for changes that need to take effect immediately.

12.2 Staying Informed About Changes

A "Last Updated" date is shown on this page. Members are advised to review these terms and conditions regularly. If a member continues to use the platform after any changes, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions.

12.3 Severability
